2004 Acura TSX voltage fluctuations of some sort?

Is my car suffering from voltage fluctuations of some sort? I just got a new alternator after the previous one burned out! I see my radio screen light is normal and then dim again, which I notice at red light stops. No problems at startups or otherwise. thanks!

When you come to a stop and notice the lights dim, are the engine RPM's dropping really low? Have you had the alternator tested with a machine to make sure it is working properly?
