2004 Acura TL Wiper Motor

What is the correct way to test to see if the motor is bad. I believe that this one was replaced under the recall. I need to determine if its the motor or the wiper switch. Thanks for your help.

check fuses 7-11-20-21 underdash first then check relays underhood switch with a known good relay then see if motor gets power at different connections when switch is turned on
