I would like to get more perfomance out of my car. Would an intake a performance exhaust do that? Is there a performance chip that anyone can speak on?

These two items would help. I'm guessing that you are looking into fairly cheap/easy mods that will give you better performance (so no camshaft or valve jobs?).
I don't know about performance chips. I would try a performance shop and ask them what the best ones are.

I didnt know cam or valve upgrades where an option which makes me think that its a very exspensive option.

You can always get higher performance internal engine parts. There are a lot of ways to get a little bit better performance that are cheap (Like cold air intake) but the more expensive options will give you more performance.
