Had to replace instrument cluster, can odometer on replacement be changed to indicate actual mileage?

Had to replace instrument cluster on my Volvo, got a used one from parts house. Can the actual mileage be changed on replacement cluster to reflect actual mileage?

Not that I am aware of? You would need to buy a new cluster from the dealership and software downloaded to the vehicle to configure the cluster to the car and input the current mileage.
