2003 Volkswagen Passat oil pan

I have a 2003 vw pass at w8 4 motion. I would like to know how to remove the sealing and also can I use a steel oil pan in replace of a aluminum oil pan. Please help

What sealing are you referring to? Yes you can use a steel oil pan if an aftermarket company makes one for your engine and it fits.
