My mechanic recently worked on camshaft and crankshaft sensors to eliminate misfire. Now a day after i get oil pressure light on, rattling noise from hood below 60 mph and smoke from exhaust. What would be the issue?

do not drive the car till you find out what happened to the oil pressure. get it checked at a shop to find the failure
