my car shakes when stopped or falls under 10 on the rpms

I have changed the spark plugs and coils. I even changed out the mass air flow sensor but still has the shaking when I stop. If I am riding at a good speed it does not shake.

Faulty idle control motor or throttle position sensor is the most probable cause.
