2003 Volkswagen Passat a/c problem

I turned on my rear defroster this morning and my air conditioning panel went completely out. I have turned the car off and on again but it still will not come on. The display is blank and the heat nor air will not come on. :(

All I can advise you to do is test all the fuses. It's going to get real technical after that.

Thank you wrenchtech. Also, my radio and cruise switches om the steering wheel stooped working at the same time. Fingers crossed it is just a fuse...

Fuse #5 (10A) is for Instrument cluster, heated seats, cruise control test plug, A/C

Fuse #37 is for Radio (20A)

Fuses are located on the left side of the dash behind a panel (open driver door and pop the panel off.
