I have a number one piston misfire. Is it possible to drive the car about 60 miles.

I have had a diagnostics test and I came back "number one piston misfire". Am i able to still drive the car for approx. 60 miles?

You can try, but it won't run very good. It may also overheat. If it is a dead miss, too much fuel may get into the exhaust system and damage the catalytic converter. If it was mine, I wouldn't try it.
