The door lock on the driver's side door when I go to hit the button on my remote the lock sometimes will go down and lock the door and sometimes it won't go down when I hit the button so I have to go to the other side of the car and push it down in order to lock it. The driver's side passenger door lock doesn't go up or down at all when I hit the button.

Listen for the solenoid actuating in the driver's side passenger door. If it isn't actuating, check the relay and check the wiring connections. If these are good, the solenoid is faulty.
The other door issue sounds like the solenoid is dying and needs replacement.
