My 2003 VW match the clutch seems to be sticking and the gear stick seems to jump???

My clutch seems sticky and my gear stick jumps whilst i'm driving??

you might have oil on the clutch and either the gear isn't allt he way in or the linkage has worn or the synchro is bad. Have the clutch checked for proper adjustment and hydraluics working ok.
