My Vectra C cooling fan isn't working, has recently had a new thermostat and housing, then found out head gasket was on the way. Have had head gasket and water pump replaced. The thermostat housing contains the sender switch etc..but the car does not register temperature on interior gauge, but if i unplug the lead going to the switch on the thermostat housing, the fan starts to run continuously? Does anyone have any ideas?
