does it need a new wiper motor

windscreen wiper fuse keeps blowing on 2003 vauxhall astravan,wiper keeps sticking when it was working,have replaced fuse several times with correcet 30 amp fuse

unplug the motor and see if the fuse still blows. if it does, then there is another issue.
