My meriva cuts out usualy when warm , and will not start, after a cool down time it starts.
I have changed the EGR valve.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure first. we have no info on this car for specs or anything else.

it is quite common for this to be the crankshaft sensor regardless of engine size/fuel type and i have known it not to show up codes it is also a relatively cheap to do so a good place to start.
