Diagnostic trouble

Just ran a full diagnostic on a Vauxhall Astra G 1.6l 16v 2003, no trouble codes are present, however the real time data states that the car is running from 25 RPM to 11500 RPM, Vehicle speed sensor states the car is travelling at 136 MPH and the Intake Manifold absolute pressure ranges from 32KPA to 170KPA all these whilst idle,
Question, all indicators have pointed to the Throttle position sensor (current model is a fly by wire throttle pedal), have you ever experienced this before? Or do you suggest a different area to look.
Thank you.

No, I dont believe it is the fly by wire.

I would go over all power and grounds as it sounds like a connection or power issue. Check the alternator as well. If it is failing and putting out ac voltage, it will confuse the pcm. Pcm's hate ac voltage.
