Best way is to disable the fuel pump, then run the engine on a can of pressurized fuel / detergent made for the job. Second way is to add a bottle of injector cleaner to the fuel tank. That will give you a concentrated solution of chemicals similar to what is already in most fuels you buy at the pump.
