My pickup failed to start. No headlights/brake lights/the doors would not unlock via the remote. No interior lights/gauges or radio. I replaced the battery, checked the battery connections, and the truck is just as dead as before. New battery voltage is 12.6V.

You have a fusible link failure somewhere. My concern is why. It blows for a reason

Hi, Roy. That would be the large plastic box coming from the positive side of the battery? Can I check it by examining it like a regular car fuse?

Use a test light to check for power on both sides.
