a/c is not working

Did you test the voltage going to the panel and its groud cuircuit?

Yes I have checked voltage between terminals acc and gnd of integration control and panel.. The spec for voltage should be between 10-14 v and I'm getting 12 volts out of it... My apology khllow. I replaced the a/c amplifier that goes behind the panel.. The integrated panel you speak of is it the whole piece??? Why would I replace that???

If the control panel is bad, how is it going to work if you don't replace it? You have power going to it and it is not working, what does that tell you?

I have a similar issue and am waiting on the control panel to arrive (with the electronics on it) hopefully this fixes it. I also have a coolant temp gauge that's not working. That's why I was hoping Diego had figured it out.

Sadly sometimes we never hear back if the repair was completed or if it worked.

I thought I would follow up on my progress. Lights and buttons for 4x4, hazard lights, clock, passenger seat belt all work. However, A/C control did not. After checking some more fuses I was going to replace the control panel with the previous one. The car was running while I was doing this, and when I disconnected one of the connectors on the back of the panel the A/C control light came on and I was able to control the HVAC. Not only that, the temperature gauge began to work. Then I received a second control panel yesterday and plugged it in and it solve the problem!

My 2004 Sequoia control panel front and rear are stuck they self-corrected a couple of times but now they're permanently stuck at 68 degrees loaf and none of the buttons are responsive front or back. I checked the battery and the fuses suggestions? 68 degrees with the fan on low.

The common cause for a stuck on temperature system are the interior temperature sensors. They fail and the system defaults to a programmed level that was determined to be comfortable as it cannot tell what the temperature really is. Your vehicle has 2 of them. The front one is on the drivers side of the the dash about where a knee would set. It looks like a small speaker grill. Use a trim tool or screwdriver, with tape on it to protect the plastic, and it just pries out. There is an electrical connector and tube attached. Remove those and replace them on the new sensor.
The rear is on the drivers side on the wheel arch near the seat. It just pops out as well.

To verify that one is the issue needs a scan tool to check which one is not reporting the proper temperature. This will also tell you if the sensors are the problem as it could be internal to the controller. But the sensors are a good bet, especially if you have pets as the hair will plug the sensor.
