Is any clearence in between front brake rotor and brake pad. Model TOYOTA QUALIS GS (INDIA)

There no return springs so all the pads do is relieve tension but if they are getting hot, then you have another problem preventing them from releasing. Could be calipers, slides. hoses or master cylinder.
