2003 Toyota Landcruiser Parking Lights Come On Out Vehicle Turned Locked They

My parking lights come on with out the vehicle turned on and locked. They will not go out. I charged the battery, and started car, they will not go out when you shut car off. If you touch the break pedal, they go out for a while, but will come back on Any Ideas

Are front and rear or only rear lights are on? Just want to ensure it is not the brake lights that are staying on.
When vehicle is running, lights are on?
Does using the brake pedal then makes any difference?
