2003 Toyota Highlander Car Been Dying Out Stop Signs Start Again Put Gear

My car has been dying out at stop signs. I can start it again, but when put in gear, it dies. I have been keeping one foot on the gas and one on the brake.

The idling speed is too low. If the Malfunction Indicator Light is not showing, have the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest.
