i have a 2003 corolla le and the right brake light went out a few days ago. i have checked fuses and wires and connectors and the first thing i did was replace the bulbs im so stuck idk what to do i need this fixed asap its my moms car

You said you checked fuses and wires so what are you missing at the brake bulb whe stepping on the brake the power or ground?
