See if the cable is connected in pic or if it's broken. The toteher cable hooks to the other lever. Pic enclosed

The cable is hooked up but cable is loose the wire just move may be I put in wrong?

If the cable is loose then tehone of h te connectors that hold it like in the pic have broken

Its on the first answer I gave you and the clipis circled where it ties the cable housing down. There will be another at the control head as well. Just click the picture and it will go bigger. There is a big circle around it.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
