I have a 2003 Corolla CE. A couple of weeks ago, the airbag light came on and the horn quit working. I've read that it might be the clock spring, is there anything else it could be?

What is the correct part number for the clock spring (no cruise)?

Also, are there any other years or part numbers that are interchangeable?

Both systems can have multiple causes of problems but the clock spring is the only part they have in common, and it's a common failure item on all car brands. The dealer can find the part number, but that is often different than the number stamped on the part. He would have to look those part numbers up for other years to see which ones are the same.
