Am considering purchase of 2003 Camry XLE with 47,000 miles. There is a sticker on the timing belt housing that appears to indicate that the belt has been replaced. I have CarFax but no detailed, itemized description of the service performed.
Since I don't have access to the owner's manual, does the timing belt need replacement based on MILEAGE only? If so, how many miles is recommended for replacement of the timing belt?
Or is TIME the determiner? If so, what is length of time for replacement? Thanks!
