Spare tire question-2

Hi,

I am sorry for asking this again as it my question was a little unclear and here it is more clear.

I had my car's one of the tire changed (rear) with goodyear viva-2 and other with (second rear wheel) spare tire (Goodyear Integrity) which is a brand new and was sitting in the trunk of my car. Is the spare tire ok or its just for spare and not for a long run?
