Squeaking noise when i turn the key just before engine catches

Where is the noise coming from?

It sounds like it is coming right out of the ignition slot.

The ignition slot should not have anything that can cause squeaking noises unless the tumblers are dry. Try spraying some WD-40 into the key slot to see if problem goes away.

Other possible source would be the ignition switch behind the key cylinders.
