I bought a flooded car in an auction and thecar can not start. what can i do to start it

Really? You bought a flooded car with no knowledge of how to remedy the issues? The car is loaded with electronic modules and could turn out to be your worst electrical nightmare. I suggest you get out from under that car any way possible. Flood damage is not for the beginner.
