My mom has a 4th generation, black & white, toyota 4-runner. The black frame is cracked under the tailight. It looks like the frame is spit into sections throughout the car and can be popped out and popped back in if done properly. Is it possible to get a new section of frame? Because it's embarrassing for her to drive around with what she thinks are permanent damages.

an actual picture of the crack and sections example would be better. i would think you can get sections from a salvage yard.or dealer if you dont mind spending more.
