2003 suziki vitara, runs rough and sputters over 2000 rpm when engine is warm

When the car is started there is no problem. Once it is warm the engine runs rough and sputters over 2000 rpm. The longer it is driven the rougher it gets. If u stop and let it cool it runs better for a short period of time.

The first thing i would check and see is if there is any codes in the computer?
