2003 Saturn Vue Daughter Moved Car Clean Today Now Will Start 2 2 4 Cylinder

My daughter moved her car to clean it today, and now it will not start. It is the 2.2 4 cylinder. It has spark, I hear the fuel pump run, it has fuel at the valve on fuel rail, and I have checked all the fuses. Could it be as simple as weak plugs(old)?

What is the actual fuel pressure? Also have you checked for injector pulse?
