2003 Saturn L300 Working On 3 0l Dohc Couldn T Hear Fuel Pump Running Replaced

Working on a 2003 Saturn L300 3.0L DOHC...couldn't hear fuel pump running so replaced it. Now car cranks but won't turn over and fuel guage isn't working even after fuel was replaced. Checked fuses and relays...all good. Any ideas?

Is the security light on solid or flashing?Have you tried checking the codes in the computer yet?
