still wont turn over

there is a new starter on it and it still wont turn over,also the fly wheel is good.could the alternator be bad? starter is good. could it be the alternator or the starter relay switch?

Just to add to this one have you had the battery tested yet?Also made sure the battery cables are clean and tight? Do you have a mulimeter to do some testing?I have seen some bad ignition switches on those cars.You have a no crank no start?
