My car is overheating & I have no heat in the cab of the vehicle. I have already replaced the thermostat & I have plenty of coolant & have "burped" the system. What else could be wrong?

Are both the heater hoses going into the heater core on the firewall getting too hot to hold?

I don't know. I know that a friend of mine had been testing the hoses and that they were warm, but not sure that they are too hot to hold. I noticed that all the coolant had leaked out of the holding tank, so I must have a leak somewhere...

Fix the leak first then worry about the heat.
