I have a 2003 Saturn L200 and my blinkers dont work in the morning but later in the day they start working. My hazards work all the time. What is the fix for this? Thanks.

I'd check voltage and ground at the turn signals, when problem is ongoing. Could be an issue with turn switch or wiring?

In L200 turn signal switch and hazard switch are together. Its right behind the hazard button on your dash. Cost is about 20 bucks. 2 minutes to change it.

Could this be the issue and the fix I am looking for?

Could be? I can't tell without testing, though.

Yes, it will make a noise when you put on the turn signal. What is this part called? So when I go to look for it I can tell the person what it is. Thanks.
