turn signals

turn signals on 2003 saturn not working properly,
left turn signal works but wont lite as a parking lite, right turn signal does not work, but lites up as a parking lite, only one lite works as a flasher

The first thing i would check is the bulb's and then the socket's.Also see you ever had the resistor's added to those front light's.They would be hooked up to the harness going to the light and bolted to the frame.
