2003 Saturn Ion theftlock?

I rotated tires on my 2003 saturn ion and now the light with the lock thru steeringwheel flashes and it will only run for a second. What is the deal? I tried to reset the theft system doing the 10 minute process but no change.

I don't know what rotating the tires has to do with the anti theft maybe a condince. The most common reason is a bad ignition switch.Did you do the three 10 min cycle reset?
