Car won't turn over, wait 15 minutes try again and it starts. Any ideas? It has been doing this for about two years now; it used to be only on very cold mornings, now it's happening almost every day. If I try to restart after 5 or 10 minutes, it won't;has to be a minimum of 15. I saw on an online chat room that other people with the same make and model were having the same issue, don't know if it was a recall that I missed.

Do you live in an extremely cold region? Are you saying the starter won't crank? If so check the starter electrical circuit, could be issue with ignition switch or wiring circuit, possible starter issue.

If it cranks good but won't start, then check for spark and fuel pressure, to begin. Any applicable trouble codes? Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free or you can use an obd2 code reader.

I need more info from you?

Just to add, I did look-up some TSBs. One tsb for intermittent no crank, no start, says to check your battery cables, make sure clean and tight, no cross thread or stripped threads.

The other TSB would have certain codes with that issue. B2960 and/or B3033. Number one, if the codes aren't present the tsb doesn't apply. This issue could cause your security system to act-up. Your ignition switch should have been replaced at least once with P/N 10392423. If it has been replaced, next is your bcm. I'm not telling you to replace anything, if those codes aren't present the tsb doesn't apply.

You need to do some testing and code reading.
