2003 Saturn Ion Car Get Hot Engine Will Jerk Sputter Tired Fuel Injection

When my car get hot it the engine will jerk and sputter. I have tired fuel injection cleaner and that has helped.

Does it idle rough?You could have a bad coil or plug but more so a coil.Any codes?
