I replaced an exhaust valve, ( i only took 1 cam shaft off) when I put everything back together I couldn't remember the timing marks.

this is all I could find for your vehicle. I will tell you that special tools are required to lock the cams in place as well as the flywheel. This isn't an easy replacement.
