I have an 03 saab 9-3 turbo it has the engine light

has a little nnoise in the front and it doesnt accelerate fast if in example it where an emergency it takes few seeconds for it to actually pick up the speed.It also smells like burned oil

You should start by having the computer scanned to see what code is stored in it. That may point you in the right direction.
