2003 Rover 45 Changed Water Pump Processs Noticed That Pipe Housed Fuel Jet Had

I have changed the water pump and In The Processs noticed that the pipe that housed the fuel jet had snapped So I Had to change jet Block Now The motor will not fire now am Confused As It Fire Up After I Changed the water pump,

check your fuel pressure and recheck your work somethings may have been overlooked. also check fuses in underhood fuse block we dont' have a rover 45 in us. only discoveries freelanders etc.
