My 2003 Megane will not turn over

When I press the start button, it clicks but does not turn over. All other electrics seen to be working (lights, hazards, radio Etc). Have cleaned terminals on fuse box under the bonnet.

Ensure all battery connections are clean and tight and if this is ok, i would be getting the starter motor tested.
