2003 Pontiac Montana Replaced Drive Belt Less Than 2 Months Ago Now Still

I replaced the drive belt less than 2 months ago. Now the belt is still attached but torn. I checked all the pullys there fine,but what I did notice is the crank shaft pully wobbles a little. Any idea what caused the belt to tear?

one of the pulleys is bad whether it has a sharp edge or movement.

the balancer will wobble just a little.

re check all pulleys with the belt removed. my guess is the tensioner
