My 2003 pontiac montana entertainment system won't work. I can hear the DVD player working but the screen is black. Help

check all your fuses first it's teh rap relay under dash fuse. then have it scanned to see if the module is bad if not it may be a screen wheich any radio/tv repair shop should be able to fix.
