2003 Pontiac Montana Blower control switch

The blower control switch in the climate control module is stuck. I cannot turn it even with pliers. I purchased a used climate control module from ebay. How do I open the panel to replace it? Thank you very kindly

Do step 2 first pic is for step 2
Remove the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ACCESSORY in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
Remove the HVAC control module retaining screws.
Pull the HVAC control module straight out from the instrument panel.
Disconnect the HVAC control module electrical connectors.
Remove the HVAC control module
2. Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory
Removal Procedure
Open the ashtray or the cupholder.
Remove the following sets of screws:
Two screws from the front of the trim panel. For access to the front screws, remove the ashtray or the cupholder.
Two screws from the bottom of the trim panel. For access to the bottom screws, remove the console storage box.
Use a small, flat-bladed tool in order to remove the upper tabs on the IP accessory trim plate from the instrument panel.
Disconnect the electrical connectors, if equipped.
Remove the IP accessory trim plate from the instrument panel.
