I have a question for my cousin. She has a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am V6 iM pretty sure.

She purchased the car and the owner before her ditched the car and when they pulled the car out they wrapped a chain around the axle. Obviously not knowing thats not a good idea anyways she keeps wearing out her tires in the rear what part is needed to have this problem fixed?
