2003 Pontiac Grand Prix passenger fender

My passenger side door wont open up, because its hitting the fender, the door hinges are tight, with no play in them, my fender seems kinda loose, and looks slightly higher on the passenger side then on the driver side, where it aligns with the hood

Most likely it has taken a bump in the front and that shifted the fender back a little. You'll have to get it to a body shop to see if they can do anything with it.

Well a body shop is not an option, there all crooks around, and I wouldnt trust them with my car not even a little bit. My last dealings with the local body shop was NOT good. They made a bunch of lies up, and broke some stuff that was not broken when I pulled it in, and I had to take it somewere else and pay to get it fixed.I have plenty of men in the house that are capable of fixing the problem, just need to know where to start
