2003 Pontiac Grand Grinding Noise Coming Front Driver Side Gets Louder Faster

Grinding noise coming from front driver side. Noise gets louder the faster you go. Does not stop when brakes are applied. Only stops when car is at complete stand still. After noise started the brakes ans rotors have been replaced. Noise continued.

Did you check the halfshaft joints and wheels bearings? Set the parking brake and block rear wheels. Safely raise and support the front of vehicle, rotate the wheels, can you hear or feel anything?

An other thought, might be issue with abs system. I can't see much from here.
