Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 70,000 miles
My passenger side wiper does not work. i think engine oil may have come in contact. Not sure, does not move at all. Driver side works perfect.

Remove cap at base of wiper arm, make sure nut is tight.

Both windshield wipers on my car stop working. How do i get them working again? Can it be fixed?

Most likely a fuse has blown, check fuse panel.
If fuses are okay, next would be wiper switch, or wiper motor.
