Can you hear the motor run when you turn them on?

Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 70,000 miles

My passenger side wiper does not work. i think engine oil may have come in contact. Not sure, does not move at all. Driver side works perfect.

Most likely a fuse has blown, check fuse panel.

If fuses are okay, next would be wiper switch, or wiper motor.
